AVIA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD invites a proactive Business Development Manager to join our talented team.

Pingle Game Studio is a team of professional game developers with over 17 years of industry experience. We aim to reach and maintain a leading position among video game developers worldwide.

What will you do:

  • Develop new business sales to agreed sales targets;
  • Execute business negotiations and contract processes;
  • Cooperate with production teams to create pitches and proposals for partners, as well as ensure high-level performance in current projects;
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales;
  • Generate leads, search for new potential customers through different channels;
  • Work with the Sales Lead to develop a communications plan for the market;
  • Attend qualified trade conferences and provide on-stand support where the Company is exhibiting;
  • Qualify all sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments and generate plans to close;
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues according to company procedure;
  • Track and synthesize trends and takeaways from global gaming markets and turn those insights into actionable approaches;
  • Look for potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the industry network.

What do we expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT Game Dev (outsourcing, consulting, IT);
  • Experience in pre-sales materials creation and sales support;
  • A significant experience in dealmaking in the games industry;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Highly goal-oriented mindset;
  • Expert written and spoken English;
  • Deep knowledge of PC/Console or mobile game production pipelines (both from the art and development sides).
